Mikhail was our tech and after he replaced a couple of different parts that were sent by the company to me. Mikhail was able to diagnose the problem and had brought the part with him and he had my bike apart and back together in no time! Highly recommend Mikhail for any of your exercise equipment issues!
Mikhail came out 2 weeks ago to look at and service my Elliptical.
He was very informative and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He let me know the issue was more of an audible nuisance rather than one that would be of concern.
He would be able to fix with disassembling and small part replacement but also stated if the noise was not of bother (now knowing that it would not cause further damage) that we did not need to do anything with it.
I appreciate the level of transparency and expertise that Fitness Repair Tech was able to provide, and a company I can trust and recommend moving forward.

Mikhail and his team were awesome. We had an interesting challenge with our Rogue Rack with a cable and he diagnosed the situation, brought in his partner to help out, and the both of them got it taken care of today. We're really looking forward to using our rack again and thanks to Mikhail and his team we're back at it! Thanks again!

Hi Karina, sorry to hear that you were unable to be scheduled. We have staff in training and Im sure that they tried their very best to schedule you. Our calendar is also affected by daily changes due to technicians running or solving issues in the field. As much as wed love to be as fast and as efficient as amazon sometimes we do falls short of the finish line. 🙏❤🙌
