The carpentry crew lead by Ken did a great replacing the wood trim in various locations and replacing the front porch railing. Juan's painting crew did a good job painting the entire house exterior and trim. The only issue was the communication between office staff/scheduler and us.

Hello We had a leak in our ceiling and called Fitzpatrick to advise us on getting the ceiling fixed. We had already gotten to leak patched.
