I recently upgraded our bathtub shower to a beautiful new accessible shower for my family member. The process from start to finish was easy. The staff were efficient and a joy to work with. Selecting the right materials was made simple for us which we appreciated! The materials used are beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with their work!

Five Star Bath Solutions did a beautiful job replacing our shower. I can definitely recommend them! Everyone we spoke with or worked with was great, starting with Brad for our estimate through the deconstruction and construction process! The staff put drop clothes on our carpets, covered the sinks, tub, and furniture, and cleaned everything up when they were finished.

Five Star Bath Solutions did not pressure us to use their services. A company representative came to our home and talked about the work we wanted done and how it be done. The representative allowed us to take our time picking the color and fixtures for the walk-in shower. Once we made our choices, he then provided a quote. He then said he would give us time to think it over and if we wanted their services to contact the project manager. The representative thanked us for our time and left. We decided on Five Star because their quote was more reasonable than the quote from another company. We contacted the project manager who then came to our home to get measurements and confirm the choices we made. We were given a start date and that it would take 1.5 days to complete. Five Star was considerate enough to contacts us about delay of start date due to delay in delivery of the materials and provided the new start date. Five Star employee arrived on the start date on time and began working immediately. He was respectful and patient. The employee cleaned as he worked and took great care not track dust through the home. He completed the job that day and gave instructions when we could begin using the shower(after 48 hours). He also provided information about cleaning and maintenance of the shower including which cleaning solutions NOT to use. Five Star provides a lifetime warranty which is transferable. That comes in handy if we ever decide to sell our home. It was a great experience. No hassle and no pressure.

This group was fabulous from the first meeting until the final inspection! Each person I met was so professional and helpful and patient as I made my choices and scheduled the work to transform my tub to a beautiful walk in shower. I can honestly say that every part of this project went according to plan and I was kept updated along the way. The finished product was
Gorgeous and they left everything clean and in pristine condition. I highly recommend this group to anyone looking at bathroom renovation!

We had two fiberglass bathtubs replaced with walk-in showers. The product was a premium product and they offered a lifetime parts and labor warranty. We are happy with the results!

Professional, on time, and hard working. Five-Star was fantastic to work with and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!
Edit: coming back after some time to change my to say the work, unfortunately did not hold up. I’m now dealing water damage and soft boards. Changing my 5 star to 2.
