Called same day was out with in 45 min to replace my garage spring. Awesome and fast service!

I called Sunday the 20th after my sprocket snapped on my opener, and Jason came out that evening to fix it. I had him take some measurements for a new door and rails and they would have had it done that same week but I couldn't make that work. Travis and another tech came out the 29th to put up the new rails, door, and spring system and did a fantastic job. A real night and day difference between the old and new systems. I too, however can attest that when I had warranty work done about a year ago there were a few hiccups but I chalked that up to trying to work with them through Old Republic and everyone playing one big game of 'Telephone'. I dealt with them directly this time since my warranty has expired and the whole experience was painless and top-notch, everyone was knowledgeable and very friendly. I'm very glad I gave them a second chance because they do wonderful work.
Broke my garage door via self inflicted oversight. Called Five Star on this Saturday hoping they worked weekends. Got a very pleasant greeting and was told someone would be here in an hour! WOW! He was here quickly, fixed the door track, cables, bearings, etc. quickly and we were back in business! Very pleased with the response time and the thorough, pleasant service!! Definitely recomend!
Abud, from 5 Star Garage came out and serviced my garage door and performed an excellent job. He replaced hinges and lights for the overhead. I would highly recommend.
The company sent me on behalf of HSA an agent to check thr issue and produce a report. The agent (Jason) was called to check the issue i complained about namely the three garage doors ( from the late 70’s early 80’s) that started sometimes opening and closing on their own. Instead of checking that he fixated his report on one damaged spring. And failed to mention that old age and wear and tear can lead to damages and as a result HSA which happens to also be a terrible company as well denied the service and I had to go find a decent professional garage company to replace them. If a company rep is not able to provide a fair assessment because this company does not want to cause hsa to take any responsibility, a one star becomes too generous
Was able to schedule the repair within an hour. Very efficient, friendly and comes with 1 year warranty on repair. Would highly recommend.
