Mr Luis went above and beyond to fix my phone! I appreciate his kindness and time! This is the best place in Lee county to fix phones with a reasonable price! He is very quick as well!

Unbelievable service, great location right in Gateway of fort Myers, and had the BEST prices in town. I challenge you, call around town and ask how much to fix an iPhone 17? How much to fix a PS5? Fix it Fast is by far the best price for exceptional quality and service.
Louis saved the day. We took a lightning strike close to the house and it went through our modem and network cable frying multiple electronics including my son's PS5. I brought I’m my PS5 in ziplock bags … like 20 different zip lock bags .. I got in too deep over my head trying to replace my HDMI port myself and he is THE ONLY one that didn’t take advantage of my desperation. I truly messed up my PlayStation so bad . He took his time to assure that when I brought it back to my husband it would be working .. I was pretty impatient with him due to being so anxious it wasn’t fixable or that every little thing he found wrong would be a serious up charge . He cared . He was so patient with me the 37 times I came in to see if it was done yet . He is quick but He doesn’t rush the repairs . THE BEST PART - he doesn’t take advantage of his clients . It’s already a horrible feeling when you break something expensive… no one wants to feel like someone is profiting off their unfortunate situation.. he is VERY VERY fair with his pricing as well .. I definitely left out is establishment knowing that the price I paid was absolutely necessary and I wasn’t going to find that type of customer service and high quality repair work anywhere else . This man is DEFINITELY someone I would recommend to anyone for anything electronic they need fixed

My son who just had oral surgery and has autism would have nothing to do since the doctor restricted physical activity and it's extremely hot outside. Being that they raised the prices of consoles Lois said he would attempt to repair it and if he couldn't he wouldn't charge us. Well long story short HE DID IT. He replaced multiple chips on the board and it's working solid for a week. The repair costed half of what buying a new PS5 would have costed. Thank you Louis.
