After an online search, I recommended FixEm to fix an oven for someone. Their Technician Terry provided excellent service, was super polite and professional and the oven was restored to working condition. Really prompt and great service from FixEM.
I appreciated the professionalism exhibited by this company. They communicate very well what to expect, but that said, the price was a bit higher than I expected given the ease of the repair. Xavier was very nice and did a great job. I recommend this company.

I have a Samsung washer that would bounce around heavily during the final spin cycle making a ton of noise and needing to restart its process over and over. FixEm was great and easy to work with...they were fast to reply and to schedule an inspection and as luck would have it, the technician had the exact parts I needed and was able to fix my washer during the first inspection visit. My technician was Bryce and he was A+ friendly, punctual and helpful. Samsung would've cost way more to fix let alone they use a 3rd party which had abysmal reviews online I would definitely use FixEm again in the future.
