We recently finished our primary bathroom remodel with Flatrate Remodeling, and we love the result. I had a very specific inspiration room in mind, including a labor-intensive tile design. As is always the case with me, I had champagne taste and a ginger ale budget! Tal and Avraham helped us make smart decisions so…

FlatRate Remodeling Inc. is the best construction company I have worked with for home improvement. Avraham, our contractor reviewed all phases of the work on a regular basis. He has an eye for quality both in terms of the materials used as well as the workmanship. If anything was not up to his standards, every…

I was referred to Flat Rate Remodeling by colleagues. And after using another remodeling company for other projects in my home, I was wary of working again with another remodeling company. I could not have been more wrong. From Tal who holds down the fort, to Avi who makes sure your project is designed well, priced…

Flatrate is a strait shooting company. I picked them because Avraham the sales person gave me what I thought was an honest price. Not to high and not to low. He was extremely knowledgeable. I had my bathroom gutted and converted to a wheelchair friendly bathroom. Large curbless shower and wheelchair friendly sink.…

After experiencing water damage to our kitchen, we hired Flat Rate Remodeling and it turned out to be the right decision. What started as a kitchen remodel expanded into a full renovation, including multiple bathrooms, replacement of all old recessed lighting throughout the condo, and painting. Our contractor,…

Flat Rate Remodeling is a great , excellent company. They renovated my bathroom very nicely, in almost perfect condition. Now our 3 bathrooms looks like the bathroom of 5 stars hotels. Very elegant and with great functionality. The owner Tal and the project manager Abraham or Avi are very professional, nice,…
