100% would recommend for any event. We engaged Flavor Chef for our wedding for both the catering and the day of Wedding Coordination. We were blown away by the quality of the food and by the teams effectiveness and professionalism. The Food: We curated our menu a few months before the wedding and were able to make changes throughout (since they have an extensive menu with too many enticing options!). They were awesome with transparent price quoting on our numerous menu and guest count changes. The food itself was amazing. We were thrilled with everything that was served. Our highlights (which we still talk about) were the lamb lollipops, crab cakes, and prime rib. The Team: The team was able to prepare an amazing dinner with 5-burner stove and a single oven at our venue's kitchen. While we didn't get to interact with each member of the cooking side of the team, every course came out great and on time. The ladies on the coordinating side setup and broke down everything at the venue. They were provided with some mockups and were able to quickly recreate it. At the end of the day, all rentals were correctly separated from our personal items and nothing was lost. Day of Coordination (Riley): Riley was the perfect day of coordinator. She showed up the day before for walk-throughs for the ceremony and was able to perfectly recreate it on the day of. Throughout the day, she helped keep everything on track, completed any ask we had for her, and made us feel like we were her sole priority. She thoughtfully brought up food to the bridal suite when I was retouching up makeup between the ceremony and couples photos to make sure that I had something to eat. I would recommend adding her services to the catering for anyone doing a wedding. Overall, we were thrilled with the food and services provide by Flavor Chef. The food the Flavor Chef team prepared will always be an inseparable part of our wedding. They will be our go-to for any large event in the future.

Flavor chef went above and beyond to cater my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We had gourmet sliders, tacos, roasted veggies and a bistro salad. Robert, Amber, Jose and Diego showed up early and with big smiles and positive energy and were the perfect compliment to the evening. They hustled all night but honestly felt more like friends we invited to our party then the catering company. Extremely happy we worked with them--i would trust them with any event.

Wow! We had Derreck's fabulous team cater my special day and they did a phenomenal job! Our guest enjoyed a variety of appetizers, lamb and beef burgers with fries, and an Asian station and for dessert we had three different types of enticing small bites too! Despite an unexpected rain storm the team pitched in and moved our tables inside for shelter and the party carried on. A special thanks to Crystal, Pedro, Jose, Carrinngton and Brandon who kept all our guests glasses full. We would highly recommend them!
We had the best experience using Flavor Chef at our wedding for catering and bartending services! We worked with Crystal who’s no longer there, and Chef Matt. They were sooo easy to work with. We had quotes from several other caterers and even did a tasting with another company and ultimately chose FC. Not only was the pricing competitive and reasonable, the food was so much better. We got to meet Chef Matt at the tasting, and he was open to modifications on the menu (though we didn’t really need any!) They encouraged us to get more creative with our drinks cause they could handle it- no extra charges for signature drinks or any other bogus that other companies charge. They said “yes” to us and acted like it was no big deal whereas other places would’ve just shut down any modifications (one place we talked to wouldn’t even cut down cocktail hour appetizer grilled cheeses in half for us) so we were actually in shock how easy it was to work with them. We also ordered our linen rentals with them. They truly made our experience so easy!
I can't thank Chef Derek enough for his help with our service. Losing a loved one is hard and there are so many things to get done. Derek made the whole process as simple as possible from the beginning to the end....but to arrive at the location and to find the beautiful spread was the best. Everything he made for our reception was superb!! The ingredients were put together with thoughtfulness and tasted amazing! The fruit platter not only included a beautiful selections of organic fruits and berries but also star fruit and passion fruit arranged perfectly. The finger sandwiches were scrumptious!! The hummus and veggie platter was not standard by any means and included purple carrots and a variety of veggies for dipping. The pita bread was not standard at all but tasted as if we were in a Mediterranean restaurant. I'm glad I requested pickles to go with the sandwiched because his house made dill slices are to die for. The cookie platter was delicious and the lemonade really hit the spot. Thank you Chef for helping us during a very difficult time by making this part of the process amazing!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Madison was stupendous in her quick and concise communication with us. Between getting extra boxed meals to enjoy on our honeymoon to last minute seating changes due to guests unexpectedly not attending she handled it all! The chef who designed the menu truly LOVES what he does and it is reflected in the delicious flavors of all the food. Then the on site chef was also AMAZING day of as she handled everything timely and held true to vision. The on site team members were all SUPER STARS and such sweet kind souls ❤️ to all future brides planning their big day: choosing Flavor Chef means one less worry or headache! Everything was flawless in execution, taste, and presentation!

We could not be happier with our wedding caterer . From the very start, they were attentive and always seemed to be one step ahead of schedule. It made the entire day feel smooth and stress-free. Our guests are still talking about the chicken—it was perfectly juicy and full of flavor. What really impressed us, though, was the level of detail that Derrick, Joey and their team took care of. Many caterers would have charged extra for those things, but they included them without hesitation, making sure everything looked and felt just right. Their professionalism, care, and dedication truly helped make our wedding day PERFECT. My wife and I are so grateful for their hard work and heart.
