Soooo happy to finally see Fletcher Pilates on ClassPass. Booked a double (barre + barrel) and went in curious because… barrel?? had no clue what to expect other than “core and spine” and okay, I’m into that. Everything was smooth from parking to check in to the front desk rundown (shout out, you were fabulous). The studio is tucked upstairs in one of my favorite plazas and it’s actually kinda stunning inside… big, airy, cubbies everywhere, extra rooms, and more equipment than I even know what to do with.
Also appreciated that this wasn’t your typical all-women room… every age, men and women, just a really balanced mix. Fun fact: Pilates was created by a man, Joseph Pilates, so it tracks. The barrel class? obsessed. like muscles I forgot existed just woke up. Barre was solid too and was being filmed on Zoom which was kinda cool to see happening live while someone joined remotely.
They don’t make it complicated either… ClassPass, drop-ins, packs, privates… whatever works. The focus is form and your overall experience and it shows. No wonder Fletcher’s has been around forever. I’d 100% go back.

I was dealing with bursitis and after several months of physical therapy I decided to try Pilates. I improved my balance, core strength and muscle strength. I have not had a return visit for PT since I started with Body Works. The instructors are exceptionally trained and make sure your body positioning is correct. I am so grateful I found Body Works.

I’ve been taking classes here for about two years and have had a great experience. The instructors are professional, well trained, and the Fletcher Pilates style is exactly what works for my body—I always feel safe while still getting a really effective workout.
As a working professional with a full daytime schedule, I’d love to see a few more higher-level class options outside of daytime hours, as I’d definitely come more often. Overall, I’m very happy with this studio and the quality of instruction, and I look forward to continuing my practice here for a long time to come.

Body Works Pilates is simply the BEST!! The teachers are dedicated, positive, and enthusiastic. They give individual attention even in group classes. Can't say enough, except you will notice a transformation even within a short period of three months.

Hands down the most professional instruction in Tucson. True Fletcher Pilates. I’ve been a student for seven years and the team is my family and keeping me healthy is their goal. Oh and I’m 80 years old. Try it out.

This is a top notch Pilates studio! The staff are knowledgeable and well-trained. The staff is also personable and friendly. They work well with clients of all ages and skill levels. The facility is in first-class condition and very clean. I recommend them enthusiastically.
