Customers frequently highlight patient instruction, small class sizes, and a welcoming atmosphere for aerial, pole, and line dance sessions. Recurring themes include instructors adapting to various skill levels and providing individual attention during workouts. However, low-rated reviews cite issues with oversold classes where students shared equipment, as well as difficulties obtaining make-up classes and poor communication regarding refunds for missed sessions.

We were booking last minute and got confused and the owner took special care of us! She introduced us to aerial yoga and it was a blast for all three of us who came in with various levels of preparation! This is not just a fitness studio but a place where real warmth and genuine spirit come before anything! We will be back!!!

The studio is a bit challenging but once class began the instructor is wonderful, patient with older new comers and offering a successful experience for all levels of experience. A great workout, look forward to next lesson.
I initially wanted to sign up for an aerial yoga class, but was prompted to take a "beginner" pole class instead as that started sooner. It turned out the class was a Beginner II rather than intro and the instructor was more of a demonstrator than a teacher. Despite struggling, I still enjoyed the class enough to sign up for a second session.
That session was oversold, as the only pole open for use had a huge flaw in the floor that was TAPED over. Over the core of the class, the tape and adhesive started to get tackier and eventually ruined my shoes that I was wearing for the first time. They are now completely gummed up and sticky. This resulted in my shoes literally being stuck to the floor, so that I wasn't able to complete a move and ended up smashing my knees on the edge of the pole base.
Despite being oversold, and unsafe, the studio refuses to refund my session fee. I had two credits from signing up from the first session, and asked for a refund after the 2nd session. I should have my entire fee refunded, but they took two weeks to write me back and let me know that because the semi-present instructor didn't know I was in pain, they are going to KEEP MY MONEY?!?! The instructor saw me trying to remove the tape and goo from my shoes, but they are literally going to try to weasel out of being accountable with this.
They should refund my session, replace my shoes, and acknowledge that their studio is unsafe, their classes are oversold, and that their practices are shady.
Really disgusted by the entire experience, it's a shameful way to run a business, and the lack of concern and support is negligent and irresponsible.
*In response to the owner, everything I've said here is true and we have months of emails about this. You did NOT try to work with me - that is where I became disgusted, that you would treat customers this way. I signed up for a second session because no one ever had to use the floor-hole pole in my first session, hence why I said the second session was oversold since the spot was unusable. Despite my many attempts, you are still holding my money for an entire session I never used, and now lying here - disgusting.

It's a shame we just saw this review. We appreciate honesty, and while your opinion is your opinion, facts are facts. If this were true, we would happily work with you.
If you were so "disgusted," why would you continue to register for more classes?
We wish you the best.

Michelle teaches line dance lessons once a week. She breaks down the steps and goes over it until she feels the group is ready to move on to the next set of counts. If you’re an absolute beginner I recommend trying a lesson. We all started out as beginners. Don’t be shy, don’t be discouraged if you can’t get the steps right away. Just like everything else you need to practice practice practice. Come on out we all will encourage you

Michelle is such a great instructor, she makes sure that you know the next steps before she goes further. She makes you feel that you could do anything. I have courage and I just show up and continue to line dance. It’s so much fun I’m learning something new every class. Thank you Michelle ❤️
