I recently replaced my bedroom, bathroom and closet with a new floor. It’s a new look and I really love the looks of it. Ashley was wonderful to work with and the installers did an excellent job and it went much faster than I thought it would. I’m adding a picture. I don’t know that it does it justice but I am very pleased with it and I think that’s all that counts.

We are more than pleased with the work that Floor Coverings International did for us! We got multiple quotes from different company’s and they were by far the most professional, personable and affordable.
We had our entire upstairs carpet redone, as well as, carpets stretched on the main floor and patched a piece of carpet in the basement. The previous owners of our home had cats that peed everywhere upstairs. FCI sealed our subfloors and installed the new carpet. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail. The patch that was done in the basement looks as if it was part of the entire carpet already. Beyond the superb work that was done, I felt that this company really cared which is an anomaly in a lot of businesses today. If you want immaculate install and outstanding service, I highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Metro Southeast Kansas City, MO.

We had to replace all the carpet in our home and while contacted multiple flooring companies, this one stood out for many reasons: Ashley, the owner, made time to come out to our house the same day we called and walked us through the options and process. She even had sample carpets with her and she gave us the low down on each one. Her and then Mike, the project manager, had great communication throughout the entire process and the price we paid was lower than other competitors we talked to. The day of the install went smoothly, the installers did a phenomenal job and were so efficient. We loved our whole experience and recommend them to everyone!

We had such a great experience from start to finish! Ashley came to our home with flooring samples and helped me find the perfect match for the flooring we already had in our kitchen. Having her come directly to the house made the whole process so easy and stress-free!
Mike was also great to work with and was able to get us scheduled quickly. The guys who came to install the flooring were friendly, professional, and efficient, and our dining room turned out amazing!
10/10 experience! We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!
