We recently went in to look at flooring and countertops at Floor'd. Stephen was very helpful and considerate. He stayed in contact so we knew when they would be delivered. On the day of delivery he made sure to check and let us know the time they would be arriving, and then the following day called to see how everything went. The countertops were ordered and installed within 2-3 weeks and we couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend this company.

Maisey at Floor'd was very helpful and prompt with her service. She was understanding and kind. I decided to forgo the carpeting project at this time, however I will be back when the time comes due to her great customer service and personality!

I could not be happier with my experience at Floor'd. About a year and a half ago, a leak in our master bathroom caused us to need to plan a remodel. We were lost...we had an idea, but we were struggling to hone it into a coherent design. So we would stop by tile stores and look at the showrooms and try to envision our room -- each time we would leave disappointed. Until, we met Addy. We walked into Floor'd and expected to have a similar experience, but Addy immediately started pulling samples and showing us contrasts. She was amazing and the showroom had everything. We picked a beautiful countertop and tile that complemented everything. We were happy! Many things have happened during this remodel and none of it is resolved (this has everything to do with my contractor and nothing to do with the store). Nevertheless, Addy remains here for us, helping to order extra tile and provide guidance on how to fix the mistakes our contractor made. Not only was Floor'd there for us BEFORE the sale -- Addy and the store continue to remain there for us even after we have paid for everything. TL;DR - I cannot recommend Floor'd highly enough, and there are not enough kind words to say about Addy specifically. Thank you for everything you have done for us!
