Gus and his team were helpful from the very beginning, starting with his website where he provides very realistic estimates for different types of flooring. The store also has very large samples so you get a good idea of how the flooring will look when installed. Gus has a lot of knowledge about the product and best way to install. He also connected us with other trades people for other projects and helped manage the whole process making scheduling very easy. We most appreciated the final walk through where he came to inspect all the work and made sure we knew we could contact him if we had any concerns. Usually the project finishes and the workers leave and it becomes difficult to get a hold of them to come back and fix something. So we appreciated knowing we’d have someone to call.

Came in to get new engineered hardwood flooring for my condo and had a great experience! Gus and Gus Jr both had very helpful advice and were very accommodating when it came to picking the flooring. My condo HOA has very tight requirements, but Gus and Karen were able to give me all the info I needed to put together a plan that was approved super quickly. We went with an installer that Gus recommended, and the whole process was seamless with great communication! Gus also checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay, even after we purchased all the materials. Great business, highly recommend!
We had an outstanding experience with Flooring Creations from beginning to end. Gus Jr. was wonderful to work with--knowledgeable, patient, straightforward, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right flooring for our home. He took the time to explain our options, brought samples to our condo, and carefully reviewed our HOA's flooring requirements to make sure everything would be handled properly. The attention to detail throughout the project was exceptional. What we appreciated most was the combination of expertise, honesty, excellent communication, and quality workmanship. We felt confident throughout the process, and the finished floors exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would recommend Flooring Creations without hesitation.
I had a very positive experience with Flooring Creations. Gus came out to do the initial estimate and was professional, communicative, and very helpful throughout the process. Before I even came into the showroom, he had already pulled some flooring samples he thought I might like. He also went out of his way to make sure I knew where to park when I arrived. Gus wasn’t there the day I came in to look at samples, but Karen was incredibly helpful and patient. They also allowed me to take samples home for a few days, which was so helpful because I could see how the flooring looked in different lighting throughout the day. Once I made my decision, Gus ordered the flooring and everything arrived on time. One thing I’ll mention because it may be helpful to other customers: Gus recommended an installer, and at the time I didn’t realize that it was simply a recommendation and that I was welcome to use my own installer or get additional estimates. I’m in real estate and have quite a few contacts, so I probably would have compared a couple of bids had I understood that more clearly upfront. That said, I was ultimately glad to have an installer who was familiar with high-rise buildings and HOA requirements, since my condo has quite a few rules around flooring installation. Overall, I really appreciated Gus and Karen’s communication, professionalism, and help in finding the right flooring for my home.
Suzanne, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are so happy that you are pleased with your new floors and that you were happy with the installer that we recommended.
I brought a piece of my ceramic plank tile in to try & match it. I had picked out 3 samples that I thought would work. Once I spoke to Gus Sr., he told me that nothing would be an exact match because they were different products. I brought the samples home & he explained that putting the LVP perpendicular to my plank tile would look better because the 2 different products wouldn’t “fight” each other. He was so right & I would have never thought of that on my own. He was so professional, kind & easy to work with. He was easy to get in contact with & very responsive. I highly recommend Flooring Creations!
Kathleen, it was a pleasure working with you! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Most importantly thank you for your business.

Wonderful father and son business. Extremely professional, excellent product and installation. Great communication throughout project. Would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend!
I recently had a great experience at Flooring Creations. I came in the store with ideas on LVP color and Gus Jr was able to work with me and find me the perfect color. He was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. I also purchased porcelain tile and carpet. Gus Jr took his time and showed me various tiles and carpet and assisted in pulling it all together for a cohesive beautiful look. Many thanks to him!
Sally, it was a pleasure working with you! Thank you for taking your time to share your experience. Most importantly thank you for your business.
Pride of ownership is clearly evident with this small business. When you speak with a sales rep, you're talking to the owner, and they are very knowledgeable; non-pushy; and transparent in their pricing. Their reputation for selling quality products and recommending professional installers is very important to them. I'm giving them four stars out of five because I unfortunately did not purchase from them - they do not sell Shaw carpeting. However, the knowledge that I gained while visiting with them will prove quite beneficial as I continue to shop.
Hi Shelly, thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. It would’ve been nice to get five stars for the effort that we contributed knowing that we couldn’t do business with you. Nonetheless, we wish you all the best with your carpet project.
