Felipe did a great job replacing 3 windows. Additionally, he was timely, professional, and communicated every step of the way. I plan on using Felipe whenever I need to replace a window.
I needed a new glass sliding door, so I started searching Yelp for window installers and came across Flores Windows INC, which had a lot of great reviews. I decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did. Felipe came out, took measurements, ordered the door, and handled the installation. The final result looked phenomenal clean, modern, and a huge upgrade to my space. Fast forward to recently, I was renovating my mother’s house and needed to replace five windows. Since I had such a great experience before, I reached out to Felipe again. Just like the first time, everything went smoothly. The windows were ordered, arrived within a week, and were professionally installed. The quality of work from Flores Windows is excellent, and while the price reflects the quality, it’s absolutely worth it. The upgrades completely transformed the look of the property. I highly recommend Flores Windows for anyone considering window or door replacements.
Thanks for the business
Approximately 10 years ago Felipe replaced all the windows in my house with Milgard windows, including to backyard sliders … it was done in phases due to budget concerns. Over these past years I’ve had no problems with the installation or windows until recently one of the backyard sliders windows shattered for unknown reasons … I reached out to Felipe for advise who confidently explained the Milgard process and warranty. Today, 6 weeks after contacting Milgard, the entire window unit was replaced by Milgard … outstanding job by them and a huge thank you to Felipe for his support.
Thanks so much for business.
Mr. Flores installs quality windows at a great price! Very professional installation and quickly done. He came to Long Beach to install new windows to replace old ones. This is the 3rd time I've used his services. Very, very satisfied!

Thanks ! We appreciate your feedback.
Wonderful surprise getting new windows! The product is so good, it helped totally transforms my house. The home was built in about 1950, & although it was kept up, getting these new windows* truly made it look & feel new. *Note that I also got new floors in most rooms, & the walls were repainted, too. But I truly cannot imagine this big of a change w/o the new windows. Icing on the cake was Felipe & his workers. One day I brought my pug dog, Frankie. He is very well behaved, and Felipe & his workers were very accommodating (walking around him when he was in their path, for one small example). In essence, the whole experience was a joy, seeing my house changed from ho hum to quite noteworthy.
Felipe Flores, excellent work ethic, always on time, great attitude, left areas protected & clean, finished early, trustworthy, great price did not change, quality Imperium windows, 11 windows, 2 sliding glass doors, highly recommend. Dolores S.
