scheduling was a hassle. Once rt to get me same day service I got with Pure everything went smoothly. The made an extra effort to get me same day service. They delayed until 5 PM so I could go with my wife to her medical appointment. The tech was nice to talk with. He taught me some things about state-of-the-art plumbing.
