I've owned my home in Lakeland for over 25 years and have dealt with several of the large national pest control companies. Florida Pestworx is, without question, the most professional and customer-focused company I've experienced.
I dealt directly with the owner regarding termite protection, and he was knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and genuinely interested in helping rather than just making a sale. He even treated an ant issue at no charge and offered to help with a termite situation at another property.
It's refreshing to find a family-owned business that still believes in exceptional customer service. If you need termite inspections or protection in the Lakeland area, I highly recommend Florida Pestworx. They've earned my trust and future business!

I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. It was truly a pleasure meeting you and helping protect your home. As a small, family-owned business, we work hard to give our customers the kind of service and personal attention they deserve. Reading something like this reminds me why I started Florida Pestworx in the first place. I really appreciate your trust, your kind words, and the opportunity to earn your business. Thank you again, sir!

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this company. To give them only 5 stars feels like a disservice.
Even before I’ve personally needed their services, I’ve recommended them because they seem very honest, genuine and good at what they do. I based this on their videos and reviews because the owner, David seems like he truly does care and wants to help.
I am currently dealing with a pest problem at my elderly mother’s house and now had the opportunity to try them out. My sister scheduled an appointment yesterday afternoon with them to come out this morning, so they have an extremely quick response time and ability to come check out a problem. This morning, David the owner, and his tech, Joseph texted me when they were coming and arrived right on time. They were both very kind, caring and sensitive to this emotional situation and did a very thorough FREE inspection.
He took his time looking at every element involved and took photos and explained all of my options and his recommendations and plan of action. Then, he proceeded to tell me to get 2 more quotes and even had contact info and details about his competitors and gave me the info to call them. He even recommended one of his biggest competitors because he thought that company may be better suited for the job, but he would still be happy to do something that he works on less if I decided to go with him.
WOW. What a great business and owner. I also own 2 small businesses myself, so I know just how hard it is in the current economy and he is out here being, honest, genuine and kind, sharing his knowledge so clients can truly understand what they need and what the situation is, AND he even wants you to get multiple quotes from competitors so you can make the best decision for you and your situation.
Too bad Snow White and Cinderella take care of our rodents and “pests” because I would use this company every time if I could. ✨

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Josh and our experience with him. From the very beginning, he has been nothing but informative, patient, professional, and kind. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything to us without ever making us feel rushed or like we were bothering him.
It’s very clear that Josh knows what he’s doing and truly takes pride in his work. What stood out to us the most was that we never felt like he was just there to do a job and collect a payment. He genuinely cared about our concerns and making sure we understood what was going on and what we needed to do.
Moving into a new home and immediately having to deal with pest issues was definitely stressful, but having someone like Josh there made the process so much easier. He has been so helpful every step of the way, and we really appreciate that.
I would 100% recommend Josh and his services to my family, friends, and anyone looking for someone they can trust. Thank you, Josh, for being so patient, knowledgeable, and truly caring. You’re definitely appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dave is not only genuine but exceptional in his carrier. He promptly went above and beyond to ease our fears of ants and wasps by scheduling to inspect asap. You can tell he truly has the best interests for the people living in the home and doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions. He uses clean ingredients that are safe for all pets, kids and treats each home individually. Plus he’s one of the most jovial people you’ve met !! We haven't seen a single ant since he’s treated the property. I would recommend him to anyone looking for the best pest control care with the best customer service !
