I contacted the Port charlotte location of this business after contacting other places and was told if I turn in my ps5 Friday I would get it back by Monday, I spoke with Tee on Friday morning, I told him what was going on with the console and how I was unable to play ps5 titles but could play ps4 titles and and I was getting overheating warnings. Tee told me what he thought it was, what the price would be and what he was going to do, Tee updated me on the progress of the ps5 and the next day on Saturday morning I met with him, told me how he tested it and for how long, what the issues were and what he did and it was a good experience from there! Once I got home i tested the ps5 throughout the day into Sunday morning the and it's working perfectly, no more overheating issues at all and I'm very satisfied with the timeframe, communication and quality of the service, highly recommend for any future repairs!

12/10 experience with Tee!! Diligent with his response time and impeccable work! Had a bad experience with uBreakiFix for my husbands iPhone 15 and had to go buy a new phone but needed our old phone to log back into his apple account and Tee was so very helpful !!! He got the old phone up and running and in detail explained what all was wrong with the old phone and how he fixed it! Will definitely be using the repair ninja again!!

I'll definitely be calling him again call them to take a look at my wife's iPhone for Mother's Day she's been having intermittent charging issues couldn't figure out what it was tried different chords different blocks it was almost certain it was going to be a charging port issue T took it out to his van to go see if it just needed cleaning call me after about 10 minutes and told me to come check it out all I needed was a legit apple cable instead of just charging me for it he said it didn't even need to be cleaned gave me a lot of good info and was super honest would love to give him more than 5 stars!!!!

Tee was the wonderful associate that was able to help me fix my Nintendo switch I had foolishly broken off a few of the parts when trying to change the LCD and the screen on it and Tee Was super fast, had my Nintendo Switch fixed and Under an hour, super funny and fast, very professional!!!!
