Miguel and Daniel were great! They were very professional, and solved the issue with my broken ignitor on my hot water heater right away. Miguel even thought to mention ahead of time that I could purchase and ignitor from my property management office, so I had that ready.
Thank you for the great feedback! We’re glad Miguel and Daniel provided professional and prompt service to resolve your water heater ignitor issue. It’s wonderful to hear that Miguel’s helpful advice made the process easier. We appreciate your support!
Roberto was the team leader who rebuilt our water heater system. This included not just replacement of an old water heater but rebuilding the platform for it as well as a second adjacent water heater so that both are now correctly strapped and conform to SF earthquake safety code. This was an all day installation that required much attention to detail. We are very appreciative of Roberto and Jose & the excellent job done and strongly recommend Flow Masters for expertise and efficiency.
Thank you for your thoughtful review and recommendation! We’re glad Roberto and Jose delivered excellent workmanship and attention to detail throughout your water heater replacement and platform rebuilding. Ensuring both water heaters were properly secured and met earthquake safety requirements was important, and we’re happy you’re pleased with the results. We truly appreciate your trust in our team!
