Flow Yoga - Westgate Austin

I love Flow Yoga! Amazing teachers, great atmosphere, welcoming to all, and a wide variety of different classes to choose from throughout the day :) Highly recommend!!

I have had a lovely experience at Flow Yoga Westgate! I feel very calm and grounded in the space and the teachers are very welcoming and supportive. I love the wide range of class offerings and all the unique flavors that each teacher brings! I always leave feeling grateful that I showed up.

I have explored many yoga studios in Austin, and Flow Westgate is the place that I have decided to call home! The practice space is bright, warm, spacious and cozy! The teachers are all incredibly kind and knowledgable, experts at holding a supportive space and guiding meaningful, impactful flows. I have particularly loved taking classes with Dana A and Jacq :)

I was a member here for YEARS but I will NEVER go back to this location! I was THREATENED AND SEXUALLY HARASSED by a man here DURING A CLASS and no one cared! I reported what he did to the General Manager at the time and expressed how uncomfortable I now felt around this man. I said that I wanted him banned from this location but the manager apparently cared more about MONEY and keeping him as a customer than ABOUT MY SAFETY! He is a very tall (at least 6’4”) Latino man in his 60’s or 70’s named Juan! Watch out for Juan, Ladies! And maybe consider joining a yoga studio where they actually CARE ABOUT WOMEN’S SAFETY because they definitely DON’T here!!!

I visited this studio on Free Yoga Day (Labor Day) for the first time. I had previously visited when it was still Yoga Yoga! I took the Yin and Sound class with a wonderful teacher named Sam. She has a soothing voice and lead us through some great breath work. The staff were so friendly and the tea in the lounge was a delicious ending to the visit. I highly recommend this place and Sam! I love Free Yoga Day! It gives a chance to try out different studios and modalities. I will definitely be back when I’m in town.

Great teachers and great studio with an abundance of classes to choose from for an affordable price

This is my first experience in a yoga studio. And I have a loved every minute of it. I highly recommend Flow Yoga!
