Had my front gutters replaced and Colby was very thorough during the initial inspection. We had a few touch ups to fix after the work was done, but it got done and we're happy with the results!

Update 2: They came back out and installed a drip edge. Hopefully this will fix the issue. The gutters look great and if this fix works, my only complaint would be how long it took them to come back out. Edit 1: I'm leaving the original review below for now but will update it as I go as I feel it's the most honest thing to do. The gutters look great. However, when it rains water is going behind the gutters which defeats the purpose of gutters. I am not the expert here or I would not have called someone else to install them but everything I have read says this is an easy fix. However, I have been trying to get them to come back out and fix this issue for more than a month now and they still have not come back to correct the problem despite telling me every week they will be out soon. And today, they stood us up yet again. -- Flowshield installed new gutters on our new home today. We are very happy with our experience with them. Tiffany Stokes worked with us determining our needs and getting us an estimate. She is friendly, professional and thorough. She answered every question we had and provided info we didn't know to ask about. Then the install crew showed up the very next day and they were awesome. Again, friendly, thorough and professional. We went with black for our gutters because the trim on our house is black and wow do they look great! They blend perfectly. Very happy that we chose this company after searching for about 3 months before deciding. (Yeah I'm that picky).

Pushy, pushy sales. I requested a quote for gutter cleaning only. A representative came and took quick measurements. When he was done he asked to come in the house to discuss. He got out all his gutter guard samples and I quickly let him know I’m only interested in a cleaning and not any guards. He ignored me and went straight into a lengthy presentation about gutter guards. When I kept showing no interest, the price slowly kept going down. Then he “called his manager” to see what he could do and together they were “able to get the price lowered even more if we made a decision today”. Absolutely gross and pushy sales tactics. After standing my ground about only needing cleaning, I was quoted $1000 just for them to clean the gutters. We had two more companies out and they quoted less than $300. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with these people. They don’t care about your needs, they are just there to push their product and charge a fortune for their services.

We called and had Tiffany come to our home in Madison and she gave us a great deal on replacing a run of gutters and adding a downspout.
