Customers frequently praise the business for its calm, kennel-free environment and the staff's patience with anxious or difficult dogs. Reviews highlight individual attention, effective communication regarding pickup times, and successful nail trimming services that other groomers struggled to perform. However, lower-rated excerpts indicate concerns about last-minute scheduling changes, a lack of a waiting area, and inconsistent customer service or grooming results, including one report of a dog contracting kennel cough.

Daisy is comfortable coming to Ella and Xavier. I love the individual attention each dog receives in a calm and professional environment. I recommend Fluff and Buff to all my friends.
My dog Sapphire usually is very averse to getting brushed- has tried to nip at me when I’ve attempted it so I was nervous about finding a groomer that would work with her. She also has separation anxiety and can be a little on the skittish side. So I provided a muzzle just in case and hoped for the best dropping her off here after seeing reassuring reviews in terms of this kind of behavior. When I came back to pick up Sapphire after her groom with Ceirstyn, she was practically glowing. She looked so relaxed, happy, and gorgeous! And apparently she did well during her brushing. It was just so reassuring. Her fur feels so incredibly soft and she overall is just flawless. The pictures are just so precious too. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Ceirstyn!!
Ceirstyn left my Jadaboo looking so quirky and adorable! Thank you for the work, and the time!! ☺️
A phenomenal job! Our dog had bath, cut, and nails with Ceirstyn and we could not be happier. She seemed very happy and low stress when I picked her up. Typically we run into issues with groomers having trouble cutting her nails but not here! She looks so cute and smells lovely. We will be back!
Ella did such an amazing job bathing and deshedding my loud husky, very happy with the results!
I cannot believe I am just now finding out about this place! I brought my golden here for the first time today and I AM OBSESSED! Cash is a big baby and can sometimes be extra dramatic but upon picking him up he didn’t want to leave! Thank you for doing an incredible job and making him look like a million bucks! He will def be back and I will bring his doodle brother here too! 🫶🏻❤️
Great service, quick, professional and through. Only place where nails are cut and filled. This has been a game changer! Xavier is outstanding and my babies love him. He is gentle with my fur girl who is very petite. Greatful I found them!
I had an excellent experience with Fluff ‘n’ Buff Dog Grooming. The groomers were friendly, professional, and incredibly gentle with my dog. The grooming was done carefully, and my pup came back looking clean, fresh, and happy. I also really appreciated the calm, stress-free environment and reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend them to other pet owners!
They always take care of my very anxious Mal. Ceirstyn does an incredible job.
Absolutely outstanding experience at Fluff’N’Buff Dog Grooming! Huge shoutout to Xavier for taking such incredible care of my dog, Bou. He looks spotless, smells amazing, and you can genuinely tell how much happier and more comfortable he is after such a thorough grooming. The attention to detail and care they put into their work really shows. I couldn’t be happier with the service, and Bou couldn’t either! Highly recommend Fluff’N’Buff to anyone looking for top-notch grooming.
