Best cycling studio ever, teachers are amazing

Went to a spin class at FLX33 and absolutely loved it. Starts with friendly faces and prayer, worship music & a short devotional during the ride, and a very go at your own pace vibe. You’re encouraged to push yourself, but never pressured, which I really appreciated. 😅😅 And truly… it does not matter how outta shape you are. I went over 10 miles and can still walk today haha but my butt definitely has some thoughts about it lol. Kim was ahhhhhmazing. Super welcoming, super helpful & was a great leader. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people in the room, not just running a class. They even offer the option to stay after for prayer, which was a beautiful unexpected surprise. 😍🙏 And the fact that it’s a nonprofit with unlimited classes for only $33 has me thinking about it even tho it’s 40 minute drive for me! If you’re in Port St. Lucie and looking for something that takes care of your body and your heart, this is worth checking out & your first class is free! 🥳🚴‍♀️🙌💪

FLX 33 is amazing. I always wanted to try a spin class. I'm glad FLX 33 help me to enjoy my first class. It is a welcoming atmosphere. The workout was very challenging for my first day, but I'm sure I will get up to speed soon. So, come join me at FLX 33.

The staff was very welcoming, attentive and professional. their commitment to creating a positive, and safe experience is truly inspiring. The class itself was dynamic and energizing, with motivating music and expert guidance that kept me engaged throughout. I am a beginner, and this class and trainer allowed me to feel comfortable. This FLX 33 cycling place offers an amazing experience for everyone. I can't wait to return and continue my fitness journey with such wonderful people! If you haven’t tried doing a class and have been considering to do so. Wait no more and sign up , I Highly recommend it! you not be disappointed

Scott, Kim, Dusty and the whole team at FLX33 are amazing! The spinning classes are amazing and such a great workout. The music and atmosphere here is amazing and will be coming back for many more classes!! Truly a blessing to be able to go and do these classes!!!!
