Amanda and her team were a pleasure to work with. As an out-of-state seller, I needed people who could handle everything remotely and still give the property the attention it deserved, and they delivered. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable about the Denver market and, together with Kailee and the rest of the team, expertly coordinated and oversaw the repairs and updates needed to get the home ready. Communication was seamless through email and text, yet they were always available by phone when something needed a conversation. I would highly recommend Amanda and her team to anyone looking to sell their home.

We’ve had such a great experience renting with Joe and his team! They’re incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and always quick to take care of anything that comes up. We’ve been so happy here that we actually re-signed our lease months early!

We found Kailee online and chose to work with her because of her excellent reviews. We were moving to Denver from residing in Massachusetts for 40 years in the same house to live near our daughter, son-in law, and granddaughter. We were looking to work with someone with the utmost patience and sensitivity to our personal needs knowing that this was a huge change for us. It took over a year and a half to find just the right home and Kailee found the perfect place which happened to be off market. She is uniquely connected in the area and may hear about a property before the listing. This gave us an advantage over other brokers who just wait for properties to show up. Moreover, Kailee's patience and delightful personality is found in the love of her job in helping others to find their perfect home. We could not have asked for more from a professional and highly recommend Kailee as your first choice to consider. She is delightful and should you choose her you will be fortunate and very happy that you had her help you find the perfect home.
