I worked with the team from Fok Immigration for my family-based green card (adjustment of status from F1) after marriage. The team is very responsive, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. We actually came to Justin after interacting with a few different lawyers, who charged us on an hourly-basis for every consultation meeting we had or were fear-mongering regarding the immigration process. Justin and his team stood out to me and my husband because I was able to speak to Justin and his paralegal, Lillian, just by calling their office number. Before we committed, Justin took questions from me twice about 20-30mins each time, making me feel at ease and comfortable before even signing a contract with the firm. Note that Justin is very busy, but we felt that he made sure answer all his clients/potential clients' questions. They worked on our case for a flat fee which included all correspondences and subsequent meetings. Justin set realistic expectations from the beginning and our case went exactly as he had expected. We submitted our initial package in December 2024 through the firm and received my green card in hand by late July 2025.
