Dan said he would get back to me when he accessed his computer. 5 days later I called him. Everyone forgets some stuff so I was not upset but was very happy when he came back with an extremely reasonable quote. The technician that did the install left some of the sealing compound wet, which dripped off onto the garage floor. I called and they sent Brandon out the same day and he fixed things. Bottom line is everybody makes mistakes, but What matters is how people react and fix their mistakes….the whole team did a terrific job of that in this instance.

Have been using Fontana Brothers for several years. They have always been very professional, communicative and honest and have fair prices particularly considering the high quality of their work. Most recent service with Steven was excellent, although it was a preventative maintenance visit this was a new home with multiple older units and he was very detailed, walked me through all of his findings along the way and addressed every question thoroughly and offered insightful advice without any pressure. He performed a targeted set of repairs for a few more urgent findings quickly and left everything clean and working great.
