This was hands down the worst experience of my life! My sister recommended this place, saying they do great head and foot massages. After working three weeks straight without a single day off, I came here hoping to relieve stress and recover after tough working days. I expected it to be just what I needed, but ended up in a total nightmare. The session was performed by a male therapist. For me, this was an extremely uncomfortable situation. The staff didn't even bother to ask my preference or warn me in advance — absolute zero service and total disregard for the customer. As a result, instead of relaxing, I got double the stress. The entire time I was tense and just praying for this nightmare to end. Because of all that tension, I walked out with a severe headache, and my shoulders and neck are now aching.On top of that, the massage itself was sub-par. You could clearly tell by the therapist's movements that he felt uncomfortable too. Even though it's his job, it was palpable in the air. If the specialist himself feels awkward, how can anyone talk about quality or professionalism? Instead of rest and recovery, I left the salon feeling completely broken, with a pounding headache and pure frustration. A complete waste of time and money. Absolutely the worst place, I strongly advise everyone to avoid it!

Great price, clean place. It was NOT a deep tissue massage, I’ve done a few before and this place was unfortunately not it. I feel like I have shoulder and neck pain after the massage that I did this morning. She kept pinching hard and punching me all over my legs and feet (literally). I marked the areas I want to massage.. she did not follow that at all, she massaged in areas I didn’t ask for. It was uncomfortable.. I had to tell her once she was too hard and she stopped then she went back same pressure so I just awkwardly tolerated it. I’m gonna need to go somewhere else to recover now cz it was not a relaxing experience. They all stand there staring, whether we’re checking in or paying.. default 30% tip/gratuity? I would not recommend this place.

I had a 30 minute foot massage one day and a 60 minute deep tissue the next. Both were of the highest quality I have been to. I highly recommend.

Had my first visit today and it was a great experience. Peter did an excellent job with my deep tissue massage. He listened carefully and focused on the areas that were bothering me.

I had a massage with Bella today and she did an amazing job. She asked about my problem areas first and adjusted the pressure perfectly. My shoulders felt much better afterward.

I had an unfortunate experience here. I booked two massages one for my husband and one for myself. We were in the same room together and the therapist that worked on me was on his phone the entire time massaging me with one hand repeating the same stroke over and over again. I ended the massage and left 20 minutes into it. My husband had a great massage. I’m not sure whose therapist was but it was an older man who was thorough and I saw him getting a massage which looked to be effective and good. The owner was kind enough to give me a gift card however I do not live here so I will not be using it. This is something I look out for every time I go get a massage, therapists who are on their cell phones. It’s very unfortunate bc this place is nice and it seemed like other customers were happy. Maybe book with a female to be sure it doesn’t happen to you.

Amazing Foot massage!

I recently visited your new establishment and was initially very impressed. The facility is exceptionally clean, spacious, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The massage itself was excellent, and my partner and I were very happy with the quality of the massage . However, our experience was ruind by a lack of internal communication after our session. I had already provided a $40 tip at the front desk before our service began. When we finished, our therapist in the lobby asked if we would like to leave a tip ? It turned out the receptionist who checked me in had already left for the day, and the therapists were unaware that the gratuity had been paid. This led to the therapists arguing with each other in front of us in another language while searching for the money. It was very unprofessional and made us feel quite uncomfortable, which ruined the relaxation we felt from the massage. I hope management can improve their shift-handover process, as the service itself was wonderful . I’m sharing this so you can ensure your staff has a better system for tracking prepaid tips to avoid making guests feel like they are caught in the middle of staff disputes. Also I believe its not right or ok to ask for tip . After all its optional and asking for it just makes your guests very uncomfortable.

I've been to Footy Rooty in Roseville and Citrus Heights about 7 times now each with a different masseuse. All of them have been exceptional. They massage to my requested pressure and find those spots that need extra attention. They know what they are doing. I leave feeling great and looking forward to my next visit. Very friendly, great price!
