My diagnosis and treatment at Forefront Dermatology was very professional and thorough. I have been using Forefront and Dr. Amos for probably over 20 years and never have had any issues.
I was in the office last year to have a spot on my face looked at. I was actually about 15 minute's early to my mid morning appointment. Regardless of being early, I still had to wait an hour in the waiting room to be called back. Once I was back in the office, the doctor was very rushed. I explained the spot on my face recently appeared and it changes in appearance. She literally laughed at me and made me feel dumb because it was "just a mole" and they "can't just change". She never got out any equipment to look closer. Dismissed it as just a mole. I went home and for the next year it would get bigger/smaller and at times bleed. I recently went to a different provider in thd cranberry twp area and she was fantastic. Immediately got out equipment because she said it looks suspicious. Long story short, my biopsy came back as basal cell skin cancer. I had skin cancer for an entire year longer all because a doctor rushed my appointment because they can't handle the amount of people they see and didn't take me seriously.

My review is based solely on ONE provider at the Cranberry location: Sarah Abraham (the PA). She was the most unprofessional mid level provider I have ever dealt with. The appointment was for my daughter, and upon greeting us and diagnosing my daughter, she proceeds to ask why my daughter and I are so tan (we had just gotten home from a wonderful family vacation in Hilton Head together). She turned to my daughter and said “the tan will age you. Look at your Mother, do you want to look like that?” She then FURTHER drove home this point by walking over to where I was sitting, framed my face with her hands, and asked my daughter “do you want to look like this when you get older??” I was horrified. The MA that was in our room also seemed disturbed. My daughter was incredibly uncomfortable. This treatment should not ever occur, degrading a mother’s appearance in front of her teen daughter. Embarrassing, unprofessional, and not the point of our visit. My skin and my face was not the reason for this appointment. My daughter was. The age spots on my face can be fixed, the behavior and demeanor of this provider cannot. Think twice before scheduling with Sarah Abraham. We will not be coming back to this practice.

This place is a serious joke and they dont care about you as a person at all! I have a balance there and because I owe them money they wont see me. I cant help that my insurace is garbage. I have a history of melanoma and most likely have it right now and I went in for a check up and they refused to see me. Its pretty sad they wont see someone that could actively have cancer because all they care about is money. Charging me thousands of dollars for 15 minute procedures. Its really sad and if I do have melanoma and it spreads they should be ashamed of themselves but they wont care because they think they are better then people that struggle. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They litterally dont even thoroughly look over your body. Fifteen minutes, if that and degrade you the entire time and then charge you astronomical rates.

This mix up was not my fault but I feel like it was taken out on my face. I will say this again, I have NEVER experienced that much pain with botox. I will never go back to her again.
