If you are looking for a deep healing experience, book a 1:1 sauna ritual with Margaret. You will be well cared for. I cannot recommend her private healing sessions enough. There is an art to the way she facilitates her sessions. You will be taken to the forest floor and come out feeling lighter, freer and more in touch with your body and soul.

We did the sauna experience at Terrace Oaks park with Margaret. She was very informative and gave great advice and told us what to expect. She provided water to douse ourselves with between the sauna sessions which was very invigorating. I highly recommend the experience.

Margaret is fantastic. She’s incredibly skilled, listens closely to what you need, and tailors every session so you walk out feeling better than you came in. Her technique is both therapeutic and relaxing, and she has a calm, professional presence that makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend booking with Margaret if you’re looking for real, effective bodywork. She is the best!!

I have seen Margaret for massage for a number of years to help with the rigors of running as well as for relaxation and self-care. Her knowledge and intuition regarding bodywork have been such a valuable asset as an athlete and her dedication to her craft and care for her clients have made it easy to recommend her to others many times over.

As someone who has suffered from major chronic back pain for years and has seen a multitude and variety of massage therapists and other health practitioners during my lifetime, Margaret easily stands out as one of the best I've had (and I have some of the worst and largest knots known to mankind by the way). I've seen her for over 3+ years and her vast knowledge and deep expertise is evident in her approach during her sessions. She's the body whisperer - she knows how to find the pain and relieve it in a gentle but effective way. She is all in when it comes to her clients' well-being - listening to your concerns and asking intentional, thoughtful questions so she can understand the full picture. She even goes out of her way to share post-massage care, exercises and other helpful tips so you can continue the body work at home. You can tell Margaret cares about you and your health in the most authentic, caring way. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Go see her - you will NOT regret it!
