Absolutely the best and quickest service I could dream of!

Had a special request to make a custom jacket in a very short suspense for my Autistic son who graduated high school. I was able to provide them a design and they were able to produce a great jacket. It has become my son's favorite thing to wear and you cant take the smile from his face when he has it on. This was a challenge that other shops declined to take on but this shop not only took it on as a project. They knocked it out of the park. As the father of an Autistic child I cannot express how special this jacket is to my son and what it meant for him. Thank you!!!

Great quality work. Appreciated how friendly and accommodating they are. Its really nice to just be able to walk into the mall and place an order face to face. I love this family owned business. They provide quality products at fair prices, they have a quick turnaround time and they pour love into everything they make. I previously had 2 memory bears made - Brandi added embroidery and included a voice clip I had made, into one of the bears with no hesitation. This Christmas I needed 4 more bears and she did not hesitate to take my order and complete it before the promised due date. I had a sweatshirt printed with my son’s high school logo on the front and his last name embroidered on the sleeve for Christmas this year. It was a PTSO fundraiser and I see why they chose Forever Memories to work with! The sweatshirt is nice quality and the printing and embroidery are wonderful! The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating, working with me the whole way to help me choose sizes and colors to make this gift perfect for my son! I highly recommend them!
