Once again, Formula Plumbing provided us with excellent service. From Joe coming to look at the job, to Frank who worked on the estimate, to Dan who did the work; they were all professional, thorough and extremely customer-oriented.
The professionals at Formula Plumbing have the "formula" for customer service perfected. I found standing water in my garage which turned out to be a broken water line. Gage was so great & helped us clarify a shower leak that was hard to pinpoint the source. Very informative definitely our go-to plumbing company!
Had some " complications" but they fixed it all up.If I need a plumber in the future, I will call them..
Amed, the technician was very kind and could figure out very quickly where the root of our plumbing issues are. Thanks Formula Plumbing
I had a great experience with Formula Plumbing. Amed was the plumber who came to perform an inspection using cameras to check for issues. He was very professional and honest about his assessment. Very pleased with this team and will use them again in the future.
Everyone on the phone was super polite. They showed up earlier than scheduled but they called me first to let me know. They were available to do the work right. then and there. They looked at everything thoroughly. Fixed everything and the plumber that came to our house was super nice and polite. I would hire again.
Awesome company to use. Fast, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a toilet replaced at the gym, and in our home. They set a fast appointment, talked us through the problems, and followed up after the job was completed. Would Highly Recommend.
