Huff was the best attorney I have ever had the 1st time I ever met him I was a wreck he looked at me and said don’t worry that’s my job not yours ever since then he had my back for 5 years Laura was great also I owe him so much more he is a great person he is understanding he doesn’t listen cause has to he wants to thank you so much.

Traci Naugle prepared wills and powers of attorney for my parents in November. They need to make minor modifications (a single word on one document and a couple of sentences on the other) and we have been trying since early February (a month and a half) just to get someone to respond to the request after multiple emails and phone calls. Extremely poor responsiveness. Very disappointed.

I am very sorry that you feel this is the appropriate way to communicate your displeasure. If your parents would like to discuss their estate planning documents, they should schedule an appointment to do so. Additionally, what seems like "a single word and a couple of sentences" can have severely detrimental legal ramifications. Again, the appropriate course of action is for your parents to schedule an appointment to discuss their options. James Huff doesn't return calls, 7 week turn around trying to get an answer of if he wants my money or not. Never had such a terrible experience trying to hand someone money. If your case can wait 2 months and you prefer communication via snail mail, go ahead and call this guy. But trust, he won't answer the call. He'll listen to your voicemail in 2 weeks then reply via snail mail. Thanks for wasting my time.
