Dad took his time and did a superb job of procuring and planting a special maple tree in my front yard an d being clear about what watering and maintenance it required moving into winter. I am most grateful.
Forrest Tree Service did an excellent job trimming our trees. They look great! They did a great job of cleaning up. I would recommend them.
Thank you for trusting us with your trees!
They didn't do the parts of the tree i wanted/needed them to remove. I'm still afraid a piece of tree is going to fall on my house
Hi Lili, After speaking directly with the crew lead and crew members who completed the work, we have reviewed the circumstances surrounding your concerns. Our records and the crew’s account confirm that a completion walkthrough was conducted with you on site at the conclusion of the work, and that you signed off on the completed work. During that walkthrough, the crew also discussed the lead you were concerned about and explained that removing the entire lead would likely compromise or kill the tree. Because you did not want the tree removed, the crew proceeded with the appropriate pruning necessary to address the concern while preserving the health and structural integrity of the tree. Based on our review, the work performed was consistent with the scope of the work order and accepted arboricultural pruning practices. The crew did not simply leave the concern unaddressed; they discussed the available options with you and performed the work based on your stated preference to preserve the tree rather than remove it. We also have no record of any concerns being raised during the completion walkthrough or of any subsequent phone calls, emails, or messages notifying us that you were dissatisfied with the completed work. Had concerns been communicated to us at that time, we would have been given the opportunity to evaluate and address them. Regardless, we would like the opportunity to address your concerns directly. We will reach out to schedule another walkthrough at the property so we can review the work with you on site, discuss your concerns, and determine what, if anything, may have been missed from the original work order. We take our work and our professional standards seriously, and we stand behind the work performed by our crew. Best, Forrest
Quick, efficient and friendly.
Thank you!
Paul and the city crew did a good job removing a locust tree overhanging the house and close to a power line.
Thank you for your trust on this project! We look forward to serving you again in the future.
March 2019 is the first time I worked with Forest. A tree fell on my house and he was the only one confident enough to do the job. Since then I have used his business for personal, business and referrals. He will not let you down.
Thank you Greg. That means a lot!
Great job pruning our tree, prompt and thorough, good price and our tree looks great.
Thank you for trusting us with your trees, Virginia!
Let me tell you, these folks are the best-from the office staff to the laborers!! The owner is very knowledgeable about trees, had some great advice for preventing further issues and was able to save one of my two trees! They came out when expected, communicated through the whole process, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up nicely after they were finished. Have had two other companies come out, and there’s no comparison. They are the only ones I will trust with my trees in the future!!
Thank you for trusting us with your trees, Jenn! We look forward to serving you in the future.
