I had my new rug for my living room with a corner fireplace custom cut and it turned out perfectly! Aiden and Havi were so friendly and professional when they picked it up and then installed it when finished. They were careful with my furniture and floor and even used a tape measure to make sure it was placed perfectly.

Javi and Aiden just delivered and installed our new rug from Fort Worth Rugs. I couldn’t be happier with the rug and the way it was installed in our home. Both Javi and Aiden did an outstanding job. For sure they deserve a 5 Star rating.

Have collected and traded artisan handmade rugs for our homes for over 25 years…Persian, tribal, Indian, Afghan etc.
Bought from highly reputable retailers in San Antonio and Austin, Dallas, and now at Ft Worth Rugs.
Ashley and her staff are, without a doubt, the Best of the Best. The store is spacious, conveniently located, and well-stocked with many types, pattern and color varieties and sizes. We are always greeted warmly and assisted with our inquiries. Special thanks to Katherine for her wonderful assistance and follow thru with our recent order. The delivery and set up was prompt and very courteous, arranging the rug and moving pieces back into position. Even to those with no previous experience selecting high quality rugs, one can trust Ashley’s organization to help assist and inform about the history and value of various rugs. Highly recommend Ft Worth Rugs for the best in selection and service!

Outstanding & exceptional service from Katherine & Aden. Both were incredibly patient, courteous, & professional. They recently delivered my new rug & went above and beyond to bring two options from the showroom so I could see which one looked best in my space. Their willingness to do that made the entire process so much easier & ensured I found the perfect fit for my home.
