Great place!!!! I had total knee replacement and even though I’m not back to 100% I am able to walk without help and it’s only been 4 weeks since surgery, Sean and Francis are great, they explain exercises so they can be understood. I would definitely recommend Sean and Francis at Foundation Physical Therapy. Girls up front are amazing and very friendly. You all rock!!! Thank you for a great experience!!!!! C. Carruth

I had a bit of a spill on a motorcycle and was lucky enough to have the VA send me to Foundation for physical therapy. I had a long 6 month road to recovery and I feel like I couldn’t have done it without the help of everyone at Foundation, especially the therapists Kara and Tyler. They both took excellent care of me and guided me to the best possible outcome. Their kindness and professional attitude made the hard work rather enjoyable even. If you ever need some assistance with recovery or even help with the next step as an athlete this is definitely the place to go!

I went in for an evaluation and to begin therapy. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. I am looking forward to working with Isabel. A friend recommended me here due to their good experience and I am already confident that I made a good choice for my therapy.
The exercises and guidance given during my sessions are very helpful and relieve pain. Even the at home exercises help between visits. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
I came to this location with right hip pain. Evan and I had a very good conversation on how to execute the process, and asked what really happened. Evan and the rest of the staff were very professional, sincere, and also friendly. They made me feel very welcome. The process of healing /physical therapy was amazing that helped me recover dramatically. Evan gave me some advice and takeaways to manage pain. I believe that this place gave me the right therapy to recover. I highly recommend this place for those who are seeking great physical therapy.
I can’t say enough good things about Foundation Physical Therapy. I’ve dealt with a lot of injuries over the years, and Evan has helped me tremendously, especially with my shoulder and knee. He’s extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to actually listen, and explains why things hurt and how to fix them. The exercises are tailored to my goals, not generic, and I’ve seen real improvement instead of just temporary relief.
