I am very pleased with renting from this company! There have been very few times I’ve had issues and they’ve always come right out. I’ve been here 5.5 years and haven’t had any major problems! Every time Jarren comes out to do the inspection he is always so nice and accommodating. He ensures I have everything needed as far as detectors and fire extinguishers.

Jarren was very nice and welcoming! He walked through the home and let me know that if I needed anything, I could contact him, and he would be more than happy to come out and help. The home is a nice, cozy little spot for my children and me. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which makes it even better. Overall, it’s a great place for my family!
