Although getting the loan was smooth. However, I was not at all pleased with the interest rate I was given. I realize that the economy is bad and that the feds continue to raise interest rates, making it harder for consumers to borrow money. But I should have been offered another plan where I could borrow the money…

Great customer service. Interest rates a bit high in my opinion, even with good credit, but the terms were easy and they did lower the initial interest rate by a fraction, and also advised me to call back to check for lower rates. I would recommend them if you need emergency funds, with no hassle.
