Had them do all new gutters on my house, very happy with the end result looks great. Few minor hiccups along the way, but Norm took care them as they arose.

Guess they were not interested in my project. Schedule an appointment for an estimate, clearly stating that I am 30 mins away. 5 Mins before appointment got a call that he is 45mins out at a job. OK. Scheduled another appointment for lunch time (still 30 mins drive for me). Got to the property, waiting and waiting.. Finally got a txt that he mixed up the time and will be right over. Waited.. he showed up and talked about what I needed to get done. Waited 2 days for an estimate, followed up with a txt as to when to expect it..no response. I was not going to try any more.. pass on these guys. Found someone else that showed up and communicated

We strive to keep customer satisfaction as a top priority to every home owner we encounter, especially when it comes to communication. Regarding this situation, we had some time to reach out to the representative on your job. As you stated, it appears he was able to contact you to let you know he was running behind schedule. Unfortunately, as a smaller business, sometimes delays can happen as we don’t have an overly large staff and July is one of our busier months. In regards to your quote, we are a bit confused as to why you state you didn’t receive one. According to our records, as you have now seen via text message, the rep had contacted you showing proof of submitting a proposal for a section of gutter and ventilation as you requested. This was submitted on July 26th (2 days after he had met your husband on site) and we see you have responded to the message. We’re unsure of why you had not received the quote at that time. Furthermore- we have no records of you contacting us via email, text or call on our business line in regards to not receiving the estimate either. Again, we apologize if you felt upset or you had a bad experience, and we wish you the absolute best with your project and would be happy to help assist on anything further in the future!
Not satisfied with the quality of the work. Would not recommend. Overpaid for subpar quality of work. Gutters were also not siliconed correctly. 👎👎

I’m extremely happy with the job that was done by freedom roofing they have some of the hardest workers that i ever seen i had a complete tear off on my house that had 4 layers original cedar shingles all new plywood installed, new gutters, and vinyl siding cedar shingles installed on the front of the house communication was excellent and the cleanup was like they were never there would highly recommended this company !

Our roof came out great! Mike Whaley did an awesome job and was super easy to work with. He even suggested switching our drip edge to black, which ended up looking so much better. I’d highly recommend the guys from Freedom Roofing if you’re looking for someone you can trust — really solid experience all around.

I was looking for someone to repair the vinyl siding that had totally loosened and came apart. I called them and quickly their company responded. Matthew attended to the problem, removed even some nails that were there and his skills were exceptional. I highly recommend them and don't hesitate to call them for they are responsible and professional. I hope to use them again the near future for our next project which will be gutters. They were reasonably priced also. I'm so thankful for Freedom Roofing . It's a great feeling to know when you've found a reputable company, don't hesitate to call them.
