The team was super responsive and on top of my account. I haven't been the best at keeping records but they were able to get all of my returns out on time.
Thanks, Jon! We’re glad we could take the stress off your plate, and we look forward to working with you again.
Your team went above and beyond. Thank you!
We appreciate you taking the time to say this, Sheryl. Thank you for trusting us!
Can’t say enough positive about Shanli! She very kindly listened to me ramble and strategized with me just the way I hoped. Looking forward to working with her and the team for many years to come.
Thank you, Ashley! Shanli loved working through your plans with you, and we’re excited to keep building on them together for years to come.
Efficient, detailed, and precise. Shan Li and her team are a perfect fit for our ecommerce brand and we have recommended them to all of our friends and family. After cycling through a few different firms for a few years, we plan to form a long term alliance. We couldn’t be happier that we’ve found them!
Thank you so much, Jose! We’re really happy to hear this and even happier to be working with you. It means a lot that you’ve recommended us to your friends and family. We truly appreciate the trust and look forward to working together for many years to come!
Shanli and her team automated my business taxes and redid 5 entire months of my books all within a 90 day timespan. Now I get a detailed monthly performance review outlining my exact PnL, helping me identify areas where I can improve as a business owner. Truly a very valuable asset to have as a business owner, and I would recommend anyone on the fence to give her a shot! I had a great experience.
This is so great to hear! Thank you, Andrew. It’s been great working with you and seeing how far we’ve come from getting those five months of books cleaned up to having a clear view of your numbers every month. We truly appreciate your trust in our team and your recommendation.
Shanli helped us with our cross-border accounting as we expanded to the US from Canada. Her knowledge of both sides of the border was very helpful and made our transition smooth. Worth every penny as she helped us save a lot on taxes. Also responds very quickly. Thanks again from Hubman and Chubgirl!
Thank you for working with us during your expansion into the U.S, Chris. We're glad we could support Hubman and Chubgirl with the cross-border tax and accounting process, and we appreciate your trust in our team.

Shanli is the best to work with. She was able to take care of all our business taxes, bookkeeping, various state filings. Her team went beyond, more than expected, to guide us through various tax strategies that ended up saving us so much money.
You made our day, Phuc! Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to share these thoughtful words about us.
So far, I prefer the service and work I've received from Freedomfolio/Creliable to any other accounting firm I've ever used.
Thank you for your kind words, Wande! Always a pleasure working with you.
Shanli and the Freedomfolio team were incredibly helpful throughout our tax preparation and filing process. They explained everything clearly, answered our questions thoroughly, especially on more complex topics like stocks and options, and were very responsive from start to finish. Even on the entry-level Essential plan, the level of care and attention to detail was impressive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, reliable tax support.
Really glad we could make things clear and help you navigate the more complex parts. Appreciate you trusting us with your taxes and taking the time to share this.
