Ever since we engaged Freedom From Accounting as our business accountant in late 2025, we have not stopped praising how efficient and professional they are.
We started our business two years ago and spent much of that time either lacking professional guidance or receiving inaccurate advice on both accounting and tax matters—until we found FFA. We were often frustrated and had to spend significant time running calculations just to make informed decisions about business investments or determine what we could realistically afford for tools and growth.
As an AI automation business, we need to continuously invest in software, technology, and education to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry. Before working with FFA, we struggled to generate reliable estimates and financial projections in QuickBooks, making even simple business decisions difficult.
With Renice and her team, who are exceptionally knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and proactive in both accounting and tax planning, we have been able to free ourselves from time-consuming bookkeeping and documentation. More importantly, we now have clear visibility into our finances and can confidently plan ahead—whether it’s investing in new tools, expanding our business, or organizing business travel.
Our documentation and financial reports are always up to date, and whenever questions or issues arise, their team is incredibly responsive and quick to provide solutions.
Their service is truly outstanding, and we highly recommend Freedom From Accounting to any business owner looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional accounting partner.

We can’t say enough great things about Renice, Heather, Rudy and team at Freedom From Accounting! From the start, they have been incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough in working with us. They have a real gift for breaking down complex accounting concepts into easy-to-understand language, making the learning process smooth and stress-free.
Not only are they fantastic teachers, but they are also impressively fast and efficient — responding quickly and delivering high-quality work without ever cutting corners. On top of all that, their pricing is very reasonable, making top-notch service accessible without the premium price tag.

From their family to ours, they take really good care of us. I'm very happy with the services they provide both for the small business and during tax season. They make things streamlined and easy to take care of so that you can focus on the other things in life.
Also, convenient that I'm all the way on the other side of town that we don't have to come into the office when we can work remotely through phone, email, and video team meetings.
Love the improvements and glad they are changing up their services using better technologies over the years. Thank you for everything you do Rudy, Heather, and Renice!

Freedom From Accounting is the best! They are exactly that👆🏼 The freedom and peace of knowing that our books are kept In order is priceless. More so are the tax strategies, this is what sets Freedom apart for your regular "book keepers". To be able set goals and implement strategies is a blessing to our business. It's like having professional business partners.
