Just plain awful. Do the doctors here even care about the animals they are supposed to treat? Refusing to help a pet owner understand a vital medical device that is actively attached to their pet is absolutely pathetic. To be told 'we can’t help you' or 'we don't understand' makes me feel like these individuals shouldn't be treating animals, humans, or any living thing. On top of that, the doctor couldn’t even be bothered to step out and meet with me, even though my pet's care had officially been transferred to her. This level of neglect and unprofessionalism is egregious. If you want a vet who actually communicates and supports you through your pet's medical needs, look elsewhere. I walked out and chose not to ever come back FYI. I wasn’t fired by the clinic. It was my sole choice to leave and seek alternate care. Just to set the record straight. Yes I did storm out through. I was there and have a full recollection of my actions. . 😊
Ms. Hall, we do not and will not engage with folks that use profane language at our staff. When help was offered to you by my office manager (the doctor was in an appointment and could not come speak with you), your actions led to you being quickly dismissed from our practice. Your conduct existing our building confirmed that this was the right decision. I hope you find a veterinarian that fits your needs, however our clinic most certainly is not that option and is no longer an option for you. Dr. Goerdel
They will forcibly take a surrender from you. If you can't not afford a procedure, they will just force you, otherwise they'll send you home and your pet will die in agony. They took my dog. They knew how how much he ment to me and my family ?And they didn't care their horrible people don't take your animals there if they sick they will over price everything till the point of you having to choose between a horrible death or having to give your dog child away to save his life.

I just want to express my sincere appreciation for the care, compassion, and love shown to not only our fur baby, but to our entire family during such a difficult time. Even though this clinic had never seen our dog before, they treated her as if she were their own and made sure she was surrounded by kindness and compassion. The decision to say goodbye through euthanasia is never an easy one, but they showed so much understanding, patience, and love throughout the entire process. We will always be grateful for the comfort and care Dr. Kaiser and his team provided during one of the hardest moments for our family. Thank you for treating our old sweet girl like family and for showing us such genuine compassion during a difficult time. ❤️🐾

So grateful for the after hours urgent care and weekend hours they offer! Have taken 2 of our cats here and had a great experience each time! Thanks to their after hours emergency option, our youngest cat was able to get X-rays for her cough. A few months later, we repeated her scans with her regular vet and we have a diagnosis of asthma! She is doing so much better!! Staff is kind and helpful! Plus they offer so many payment options which has helped us before when a trip was unexpected! Overall very happy with this office.

I am so happy that FVMC has opened up their urgent care hours again.l! I had a 16 day old kitten that developed a bad infection on a weekend. I was able to get in the same day to see Dr Goerdel! He was very caring and gentle with the sweet little thing. He took care of the swelling and sent me home with antibiotics and it is well on its way to a full recovery.
