took my 2018 tundra and had a membership for multiple vehicles it damaged my tundra and ripped the antenna off causing damage to the paint , previous manger Marvin said that they’d not be able to accommodate the damage nor half of the repair cost .. comes to find out he quit 2 weeks ago i wouldn’t recommend.. was my go to not anymore

The best car wash in town , very friendly staff and easy to work with with . 10/10 recommend
Moved to the area and became a member with this car wash about 8 months ago from out of state. Everything was going good until these ppl had to change license plates to CA plates on my vehicles on my account. Went this morning 10/3/26 to have them change my vehicle plates on my “account” to my new CA plates and the kid comes back says you don’t have an account, he had my old plate # which has worked every week and my new plate #. Says sorry can’t find it, I looked at him and said huh? He had the Deer in headlights look and I said I’d take my business elsewhere I guess, still blank stare and then turned around and went back to talk to buddies. Great business model, maybe have an actual adult with communication skills working there. Total joke

If our employee was unable to locate your membership after the license plate change, he should have immediately asked the manager on site for assistance rather than leaving you without a resolution. You've been a member with us for a while and have been visiting regularly, so we completely understand your frustration.
We'd like the opportunity to figure out what happened, identify the employee you interacted with so we can address the situation directly, and get your membership corrected and make this right. Please email us at [email protected] with your old and new license plate numbers so we can look into this.

We're not sure what occurred with your particular membership, but cancellations do not take weeks. Members can cancel either online or in person. We simply require cancellation at least 10 days prior to the next recharge date, as clearly stated in the membership agreement. I had an amazing experience at this car wash from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and worked efficiently while still paying close attention to every detail. My car was covered in dust, dirt, and a few stubborn spots, but they made it look spotless inside and out. The exterior had a brilliant shine, and the tires were cleaned and dressed perfectly. The interior was vacuumed thoroughly, the windows were crystal clear, and every surface looked fresh and clean. I was impressed by how professional everyone was and how much pride they took in their work. The prices were fair for the quality of service, and the wait time was much shorter than I expected. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here.
