Absolutely amazing work. Quality work, competent, responsive and flexible. We did a home addition / full kitchen remodel that included foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, painting, tile, etc., and couldn't be happier. We would ONLY use Freimark again, and would recommend to anyone who needs a contractor. LOOK NO FURTHER!

Zach and his team were incredible!! We did a full kitchen remodel in the Boise area and everything went perfect. We love how it turned out and the management of the whole process was spot on. Would highly, highly recommend.
After talking about our bathroom project with multiple contractors, we knew for sure that Freimark was the company for us. Start to finish, our project was clearly communicated, house was kept so clean, and everyone coming in and out of our house was so kind and professional. Freimark came in and out of our dog filled house with keys and door codes with zero issues, including a weekend we were out of town without cell service. Our bathroom turned out exactly how we dreamed, and we cannot wait to work on another project with the team.

We are so thrilled we found Zach! From start to finish, the entire process of adding another bathroom exceeded our expectations. The project was extremely well-planned and executed. Strong attention to detail and respect for our home. The skill of the tradesmen was top notch – even able to match some specialized elements of our home so the addition looks like it’s always been there.
Communication was exceptional: highly responsive, clear and direct. Our time was always used efficiently and effectively, which made us feel respected and a collaborative part of the process. The few hiccups, an inevitable part of any build (we know, we’ve done many), were handled quickly and professionally. The entire project was finished before the others were even available to start. We couldn’t be happier…we’re already scoping out our next project for Zach.

Zach and his team helped us from concept to completed construction for our home addition and remodel. This was a substantial project that required moving exterior walls and adding structural modifications throughout the home. Zach worked with us and helped us to understand the options and design and engineering needs to bring our remodel dreams into reality. Zach did an excellent job of keeping the project on time and on budget. He was frequently present during the construction and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Zach and his team. He kept his subcontractors scheduled and supplied to meet construction deadlines, and insured that all necessary permits, inspections and approvals were timely secured, and did not delay the project. We had various concerns about how a project of this size would work out and if it would be substantially delayed for any reason. Zach did an amazing job of making sure our expectations were met and managed well throughout the project.

We had an excellent experience with Freimark Construction for ADU design at our home in Boise. Zach and his architect were extremely knowledgeable about local zoning, setbacks, and permitting, and helped us design an ADU that actually penciled out financially. The level of detail, responsiveness, and understanding of Boise’s ADU regulations really set them apart. If you’re considering an ADU in Boise and want a builder who understands both design and real-world execution, I highly recommend Freimark Construction and working directly with Zach!

We’ve been working with Zach at Freimark Construction for several months on a few projects at our Avimor home, including addressing water leak issues before renters moved in. He has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and well-connected with a trusted network of professionals.
Zach and his team did an excellent job identifying the underlying issues and clearly explaining the best solutions. We truly appreciated his thoroughness and communication throughout the process. We plan to continue working with Freimark Construction as we take on additional projects in our home and would highly recommend them.
