Customers consistently praise the thoroughness of deep and move-out cleans, noting that staff members are punctual, friendly, and attentive to specific details like blinds and pet care. Positive reviews highlight effective communication through text updates and the value provided during extended appointments. However, isolated low-star reports criticize the company for bringing unknown personnel into homes, disabling security systems, and leaving significant cleaning areas incomplete during deep clean services.

Trish did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my house! Everything looks beautiful and smells so fresh. She was punctual, incredibly friendly, and so sweet with my dogs and cats. She took the time to walk me through everything she would be doing and made sure I was completely happy with the results before leaving. The entire experience was wonderful, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. This was my first house cleaning and it was well worth the price. I’m already looking forward to having Trish back! Highly recommend! ❤️
This was the first time ever that I have had someone else clean my house. Danielle from Fresh Look did a fantastic job! We have wood blinds thoughout the house, and she took the time to scub every slat on every set of blinds. She didn't miss a spot and was super kind and friendly. Our house was built in 1941 and it looked like a new house when she was done! I will definitely request her again!
Been using this cleaning service to clean our corporate house. Both Bethany and Caressa have done an excellent job. The home was super clean and no area was missed. Worth every penny!
Trish came to the house for a deep clean. When we booked we requested someone who knew dogs as we have a dog who’s not great with new people. Not only did Trish do AMAZING with our dog, she was very friendly and professional and cleaned the house top to bottom. We could not be happier with the job Trish did on the deep clean, and look forward to the continued visits with her in the future to keep the house looking tip top.

We had a very good first experience with Fresh Look Home Cleaning! Claire spent five hours cleaning our home and did a really nice job. She was friendly, hardworking, and took pride in her work, which we appreciated. We maintain high standards for cleanliness ourselves and were pleased with the overall results. Their current promotion and military discount made the service an excellent value. Overall, a positive experience, and we look forward to using Fresh Look again!
Picture this: you are moving out of your apartment and your evil capitalist demonic landlord requires proof that you, a clean and responsible person, paid one someone to professionally clean the place for you. I… I mean you are at a loss and running out of time! So you call the lovely people at Fresh Look Home Cleaning and they send the wonderful Penny and she knocks it out of the park! Thank you guys! (Also my landlords are pretty cool I was just joking about them being demonic)
We enlisted the services of Fresh Look Home Cleaning for a move-out / move-in clean, and were very pleased with our entire experience. They were were quick to schedule us at the last minute, and sent helpful updates via text messages to keep us on top of things (which is appreciated when you have a million things to do when moving).
Caressa showed up right on time and got straight to work making our empty home absolutely SPARKLE and smell fresh as a daisy. I was almost sad to be leaving, as I don't think I've ever seen my home *THAT* clean.
Caressa is diligent and polite as can be, and definitely deserves some recognition for her hard work!
