Been waiting forever to share this… can’t really blame the firm but I had Jackie Gerlach… I see she works for Barnes and diehl now so ima go over there a warn people too. She was so busy she left me mid case to attend another came back and once my case ended horribly she just left and I didn’t hear from her for days. She was busy in her phone about being late for her next hearing . The communication was poor and I was charged 8k for literally nothing just her showing up. I don’t even have a single paper she filed. Except for the one to withdraw from counsel. She filed and I didn’t even know, she kept trying to convince me she didn’t know why we had a court date for a date I wasn’t aware of and then magically it was the date for her hearing to withdrawal. I gave her thousands for nothing. She even said she would call me later but had Josh come in her place to withdrawal and never messaged me a single time again. She basically let me choose what to do and told me yeah do that. She’s very nice but just not a good at communication and was too busy for me. Also I wish they were more honest about my circumstances. I was left with nothing alone and couldn’t even get in touch with her. I’m still picking up the pieces of my life from this bad counsel. Funny thing is.. I was gonna go to Barnes and Diehl and I chose her and now she’s there. They are expensive as hell and unless you have Rick himself or Jason. Good luck to you. Can’t bash the whole firm but that’s how I feel about Jackie Gerlach.
