I've been going FASR for years, I had to go out of town Sunday and I called and they said come on in, they did a gr8 job thx.
This was my first time at Friendly automotive! They kept me informed and completed the work in a timely manner. They were honest, helpful and the cleanest shop and I've ever seen. It was a pleasure to work with a female service manager. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Brought in my work truck with some seriously challenging electrical and electronic issues. They had to thoroughly check through the electrical harness, PCM, and every sensor on the engine and transmission as well as test yards and yards of wiring. Although they had to put in a ton of physical labor hours, and several parts too numerous to mention they were able to resolve all the issues, and they did it all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

I have gone to Friendly auto 3 times and am always impressed. The first time the lobby was filled and all the staff members were helping people at the counter. I thought....WOW! I'm going to be here FOREVER!. Within 10 minutes it was my turn at the counter! I explained my problem, was told they'll call me when it was completed. I left my keys and was taken home by one of the staff. The next day they called, and sent a car to take me back to the shop .The staff is VERY friendly, and knowledgeabl. They explain everything. That's why I went back and will continue to do so, if my car needs"help"! The entire staff us so nice

I can't even begin to explain the amazing service that I have received at this place! Sadly, attempting to get your vehicle worked on at a reasonable price and with respect, as a woman is not an easy task. But at Friendly Automotive Service it was a totally different story. I didn't feel pressured at all or shamed into making useless pricey unneeded repairs to my vehicle like at other unnamed places. Thanks again for the fabulous service! I will definitely be back and have recommended you to several others already.

The Subaru died on the freeway. We had it towed to Friendly Automotive and are very glad we did. What an absolute pleasure to work with these folks.
