Customers frequently cite punctual arrivals, thorough inspections, and clear explanations of treatments as key benefits, noting that technicians often provide visual evidence of completed work. Recurring praise includes reasonable pricing and effective resolution of various pest issues, including rodent and bee problems. However, some reviewers criticize the lack of upfront cost estimates, alleging that prices increased during service or that follow-up visits were rushed and ineffective.
