I have used Frogz several times now and each and every experience has been incredible. Besides the friendly service, the product consistently comes out with nice clean lines, perfect alignment and image placement, and vibrant colors. The price is very reasonable and they deliver the product on time- every time! They’ve made a few All-Stars shirts for us- which are always needed on a short time frame and they’ve always come through! The orders have been 100% correct with sizes, colors, and design. I also appreciate their willingness and patience with “perfecting” a design I come up with- I’ll give them an idea and they quickly produce a mock up and are very responsive to any requested changes- even if it is changing one letter or moving part of an image a centimeter to the left or right- which I realize is high maintenance but they never seem to mind and quickly reproduce the new mock up and collaborate with me until the design is just as I imagined! I cannot say enough good things about them- I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all my printing needs. Give them a try! You’ll be glad you did:)

Frogz was amazing every step of the way! They helped design and bring our ideas to life with creativity and professionalism. The screen printing was excellent, and the shirts were top-quality. Our company did two orders before we moved our business to another company. We believe in using local businesses first. Our first experience was good they took the time are discussed options and styles to complete our order. When we got our order the koozies were not centered and looked cheap. They did take them back and took the charge off. The colors on the shirts were not right but they will do. The quality was good and the prints seem good. A few months later we did another order doubling the order. I was shocked when I got home and looked at the invoice. Our CEO reviewed the order and pricing. They had over charged us from our first order. Now over charge was not by a small amount but an extreme amount. When we talked with them their response was they had missed priced us the first time. They offered no solution or compromise. It was disappointing. Our company is growing daily. We felt they were dishonest, deceived us. If what they said was true then professionally they could have spoke with us so we would all be on the same page vs just charging us without informing us of the up charge. It felt like they were taking advantage of us. There are so many companies that offer these kinds of services like online and other local businesses. Just seemed not important to them to sustain our business. We have moved forward with another company for our products. Hope this is helpful. Recommending you verify and check your invoices and compare them to your original quote.
Hi Tanya, wow! First, thank you for the opportunity for your business you gave us. I do not take anyone walking thru these doors for a product lightly nor their experience and certainly not the completed product. I thought we had a very open transparent in person talks/emails/texts concerning the price differences in the 2 orders. The first order was incorrectly priced as 1 design across all products rather than 2 different designs/setups (mistake by a previous manager) but honored and completed. The second order also was different designs/set ups, priced accordingly, and that detailed invoice was emailed before order was started for your preview. That would have been the time to cancel the order. And we did indeed text concerning these price differences. I wish you and your band, BMB the very very best! Sandra
