These guys stand by their work! After the initial repair did not solve the problem, they tried a few other repairs until the issue was resolved. Mind you, the additional repairs were not small ticket items.
Once completed they only charged me for the initial quote when they first came out. No add on charges for the other items replaced. Dishwasher has worked flawlessly since.

I wanted to replace a moldy rubber gasket in my LG washing machine. Within 2 hours of calling Frostline they dispatched two technicians to my home to do the replacement. The replacement was done in approximately 1.5 hours, which is quite impressive given the tight space. I also appreciated that the technicians ran a speed wash cycle to make sure they were no leaks.
