I visited the Tempe Studio to switch things up. Also to have the Tower Experience. As always. Jennifer was amazing.
Highly recommend this studio! The instructors have excellent classical training and will give you an awesome full body workout, which will be ever changing so no boredom will set in. Also, class size is smaller so instructors are able to give feedback even in the group setting. A lovely community who also has travel trips from time to time available.
My first class was great, I have never done this before and everyone was helpful and made me feel at home. The small class was great so I could get personal help with getting in to the correct positions. I will definitely be going back

I recently took a class here and really like how the studio is smaller, so you get more feedback from the instructors. I also have started the teacher training program here and have loved it so far! The staff are very knowledgeable and kind.
Marcella led us in a great level two small group chair and reformer class last week. I really liked how she demo-ed most of the exercises and kept the class flowing. She also gave options for making each one either easier or harder. The studio is bright and clean and a wonderful place to work out. I love classical…

I loved my first class. My sister recommended this place as being different. It is different from other Pilates studios. More deep stretches and it will be my alternative to hard core workout. A much needed routine in my exercise regimen. They also have small classes and that feels more personal.
Function Pilates is just what I needed! Recovering from an injury while trying to stay active is difficult. The level one class has given me the confidence to show up. The instructors are very attentive and accommodating. I'm enjoying the classes so far!
Clean studio and equipment! Very friendly staff! Definitely recommend this pilates studio to anybody looking for a comfortable space to workout!
