Great guys super friendly and accommodating and the prices are much better than competitors
The service here is wonderful the tent they set up was beautiful with clean tables and chairs as well as all of the plates ,glasses and silverware I needed . The dance floor set up was wonderful as well the crew took care to not damage anything and the led screen was phenomenal I would highly recommend this company for any event u are planning

I rented 10 cocktail tables for my event and the pick up and drop off were easy! They were also super helpful and responsive in getting me the quote when I had a couple changes. Randy at the Will Call area was very kind and helpful! I'm very happy with our rentals!

We rented chairs, tables and cocktail tables/covers from FUNTASTIC. All were delivered and picked up timely. All items in clean and in good condition. The rentals helped to make our graduation celebration even more special. Thank you FUNTASTIC for the great service/rental.

Very poor service and communication
I truly wish I had a more positive review to write... We had a great experience quoting and reserving everything with Funtastic Rentals during our planning phase. I spoke with Andrea several times as we nailed down what we needed and she was extremely helpful. Then came delivery day...I hadn't heard anything from anyone the day prior so I called around 11:30 to check and see what the ETA was since we were told our delivery would be there early afternoon and we wanted to ensure we cleared a spot for the truck. I was told that the delivery window was 9am-7pm which was NOT what I had been told, nor was this in the contract. When I expressed this, the manager told me they would try to get to me earlier. The truck arrived within 2 hours of the call and we were excited to get everything set up. However, they did not pack everything that was in the order and realized they did not have all the pieces to put up the tent we ordered....so they left and returned with the truck not once, not twice but FIVE different times trying to get all the parts they needed to finish putting this tent up. The young men working on this had both been working at the company less than 2 weeks and I don't fault them at all but there was absolutely no supervision to ensure the truck was packed appropriately or that they had everything they needed for the order. We waited hours for this to be put together, delaying our rehearsal, delaying our ability to set up and decorate the inside of the tent, and ensuring we all had a late night the night before our big day. On one of the trips, the manager showed up but did nothing but walk around with his hands on his hips and made no attempt to come talk to any of us and tell us what was going on or how they were going to make it right. The chairs arrived dirty and we ended up setting them all up ourselves since the truck would disappear and all the workers with it. They also never followed up with us after the event. Very disappointed. ***Update***- Fantastic Rentals decided to respond to this review with false claims. 1st, they have not addressed this in a different post because this was my first review. 2nd, they stated that they were not contracted for the tables and chairs...but they absolutely were, it's printed on our contract. and 3rd, they claim that the person writing the review was not involved in the planning or communication with the team prior to installation day which is entirely false as I was the only one to communicate with them on this contract and we were in communication with them at least 4 times prior to the big day...using the same google account and email address that they sent the contract to. Nice try ;) Do better, honor what you put into your contract, and provide supervision of your staff and you'll get much better reviews, I promise.
We take all feedback seriously, but it's important to clarify that this review refers to the same event and contract we've already addressed in another post. Multiple negative reviews from different individuals for the same rental are misleading to potential clients and don’t reflect a fair or accurate picture of the service we provided. To be clear: We were contracted solely for the tent rental, not the chairs or tables mentioned. The tent was delivered and installed within the agreed time window stated in the signed contract. The individual writing this review was not involved in the planning or communication with our team prior to installation day. We stand by the professionalism of our crew and the fulfillment of our contractual obligations. False claims damage the integrity of honest client feedback and hurt small businesses that work hard to serve their communities.
